In brief

What works, what to weigh

+

Strengths

3 reasons to book
  • Outstanding service from staff — Many reviews mention the friendly, helpful, and professional reception team, with specific praise for going out of their way to assist with airport transport arrangements.
  • Spacious and well-equipped apartments — Guests highlight the generous room sizes, comfortable beds, coffee machines, and kitchenettes. Several apartments include balconies and mountain or garden views.

Worth weighing

3 to weigh
  • Not the cheapest option — With rates around £241 per night, this aparthotel sits at a premium compared to the average hotel price in Sofia. Value rating of 9 suggests guests feel it's worth it, but budget travellers may find cheaper alternatives.
  • Limited on-site dining — Breakfast is praised, but the hotel only offers a snack bar and in-room breakfast rather than a full restaurant. Guests wanting a varied dinner menu may need to go out.
  • Small hotel, limited facilities — With only 22 rooms, the hotel lacks extensive leisure facilities such as a pool or fitness centre. Guests expecting resort-style amenities might be disappointed.
